ScriptSave was experiencing an excessive error rate (in some cases hundreds of thousands per month) from its batch load claims processing system. $30B Magnus Financial was in violation of compliance mandates because it had no formal system in place for documenting employee work hours; and the employee service documentation project that would have prevented this government action was four months behind schedule with no sign of being completed on time. Quickly organized new project team, using superior planning and technical innovation to complete the Kronos TimeKeeper project on schedule and save company the $2M+ federal penalty.

Large regional healthcare organization processing up to 1000 lab specimens per week was road-blocked due to technical problems.
